Capt Steve
Captain Steve Goins holds a USCG Captain's license (50 ton Master) and is a licensed MD Resident
Fishing Guide. He was born and raised in Kent County on Maryland's Eastern Shore and has been fishing
the Chesapeake Bay since childhood.
Capt. Steve has fished with some of the best Charter Captains on the Chesapeake Bay and enjoys
passing the accumulated knowledge (and stories) on to others.
He and his wife make their home in the Greater Deale Metropolitan area.

Joe is a big brown goofy friendly mutt who likes donuts and fish skins......he's part Lab, Dane, Boxer and
Rotty.
Joe was adopted from the pound when he was a year old and has more time on boats than most people,
he goes on most trips as honorary First Mate.
