June is when the live bait action starts with the arrival of Norfolk Spot.  Our normal fishing day starts by catching Spot first
thing to use as bait.  Next we move to areas that the Striped bass and Blue Fish frequent to anchor up and drift the spot.  
This can be awesome fishing using light spinning rods with little or no weight attached.  This type of fishing runs through
October when the Spot leave.
July through October is when the warm water species show up, such as Spanish Mackerel, Speckled Trout, Croakers and
Spot. All can be taken on light spinning tackle.
November and December bring the return of the Trophy size fish as they migrate south for the winter, this is big fish bonanza
time using trolling gear.
Our season starts mid April, when our #1 quarry is trophy striped bass. If world class striper fishing is what you want, be sure to
be aboard April 21 to May 15. This is your opportunity to catch that fish of a lifetime. Stripers up to 60 lbs are traveling our
waters through May.
Late May things heat up when giant Black Drum up to 80 lbs start their migration through our portion of the bay and bottom
fishing gets started with Atlantic Croaker.
Early June the Flounder action picks up in the middle Chesapeake Bay area. During this time we fish light tackle, jigging for
Rockfish or drifting for Flounder.

less than a 1 hour drive from Baltimore or Washington, DC.  
This is one of the finest areas to go Charter Boat fishing on Maryland’s Chesapeake Bay.
